Job Description : Responsibilities:
• Make calls to customers for telephone report
• Handle customer’s complaints/feedback and update to managers
• Take care of customer delight programme coordination
• Assist other colleagues during their absence

Job Requirements : Requirements:
• Min GCE O’Level with at least 2 years experience in Customer Service industry
• Able to communicate well with people at all levels
• Positive working attitude and hard working
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice

Full time permanent position
5.5 days work week
8am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 8am-12:30pm (Alternate Saturday)
Salary: SGD$1,600-$2,200 , Able to claim OT
Location: Ubi
