Job Description : An award-winning Boutique Spa in Orchard is looking for someone passionate in beauty & delivering warm & sincere service which comes from the heart.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATES will have previous sales, retail and/or health and beauty experience and thrive in a customer service environment. Qualifications and experience in the industry is an asset, but not a prerequisite. MUST have an open schedule and be able to work days, nights and weekends. Successful candidates are outgoing, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, quick learners, and have positive attitudes. Customer service, telephone, and computer skills are also a must.

As a Spa Consultant you will contribute to the overall success of the spa by delivering superior customer service through execution of required duties and to meet and exceed sales performance goals. Specifically, you will greet guests and assist them in selecting the best membership and products to meet their personal wellness goals. You will also have many sales commission opportunities with our various product lines.

We provide training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes basic pay, commissions and product discounts. There are also many advancement opportunities and room for growth.

Job Requirements : Responsibilities:
Front desk duties & managing therapists
Promote spa treatments and products to clients based on needs.
Advise clients based on spa and massage treatments and products.
Build and establish good client relationship
Acquire good knowledge of spa treatments and products.
Handle enquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Assist all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Achieve monthly sales target.
Business development

Requirements:
Pleasant disposition.
Good interpersonal skills.
Experience in similar position in the spa or service industry is preferred.
Ability to understand client's needs.
Willingness to learn and serve.
Self motivated and result-orientated.
Positive attitude and a good team player.
Able to start work on short notice.
Preferably Singaporean/ PR's.
Salary is Negotiable.
Well groomed and presentable
Effectively bilingual to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers

For Full-time positions: MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

For Part-time positions: Flexible scheme available
